Prepare for GCE Exams the Smart Way

The next Cameroon GCE examination session is scheduled to begin on June 2, 2026. The GCE Board (CGEB) typically holds O Level and A Level examinations in June each year. We recommend starting your preparation at least 6 months in advance. Smart Way's past papers, mock papers, and progress tracking help you gauge your readiness before exam day.

The GCE Ordinary Level (O Level) is typically taken by Form 5 students and covers foundational subjects such as Mathematics, English, Sciences. The GCE Advanced Level (A Level) is taken by Upper Sixth students and goes deeper into specialised subject streams — Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths) or Arts (Economics, History, Literature). Smart Way provides past papers and timed practice sessions for both levels.

Smart Way is a comprehensive GCE exam preparation app featuring: a library of hundreds of past O Level and A Level papers with clean, distraction-free PDF viewing, mock papers from all 6 regions of Cameroon (North West, West, North, South West, Littoral, and Centre), timed practice sessions that simulate real exam conditions, and detailed Progress Tracking so you always know where you stand. Everything you need is in one place.

Smart Way is free to download on the Google Play Store, and you can explore the app right away. Full access to past papers and study resources is unlocked through a subscription: A Level access is 2500 XAF per year, O Level is 1500 XAF per year, and Mock papers are 1000 XAF per year. A flexible monthly plan is also available, starting at 1000 XAF. Payments are made securely in-app via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. The app covers all major GCE subjects including O Level Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, English, History, and A Level Chemistry, Physics, Pure Mathematics with Mechanics, Further Mathematics, Biology, and more. New subjects and papers are added regularly. An iOS version is currently in development.

Cameroon GCE results are officially published by the Cameroon GCE Board (CGEB) on their official website at www.gceboard.cm. Results are typically released a few months after the examination session ends. While Smart Way does not display official results, it helps you track your own practice performance and identify areas to improve before the actual exams.
